History
Fires damaged the office and pool area, as well as a 3 story housing unit. Because of the confined space, scheduling was a crucial component to the reconstruction of these buildings.

“Working with Joseph, and especially Ernie Tulloch and Jim Arwood, we were extremely satisfied. Ernie and Jim listened, were honest and straightforward.”
John Cabbage, Owner

Exterior
The building was a wood framed structure with an asphalt shingle roof. The floors had gypcrete poured on them to achieve the necessary fire rating.

Interior
Construction also included elevator access to the two elevated floors containing two-bedroom condo units.
