This building was originally design and constructed by Joseph Construction Company, developed by Joe Zappa, and subsequently sold to Standard Aero.

Overview
This 74,000 square foot building is used for repair and testing of aircraft engines.

Interior
The project includes 48,000 square feet of manufacturing area, 11,000 SF of offices, and a 15,000 SF testing facility.

Expansion
In 2019 Standard Aero had Joseph Construction renovate approximately 7,500 SF in an adjacent building. The additional space was used for the service and repair of General Electric Aviation CF34 jet engines.
