This awesome project consisted of development of a 480-acre site utilities and road infrastructure.
Overview
We constructed new 700,000 SF e-commerce fulfillment center, with 2-story 20,400 SF operations/training center, two 2-story 1,800 SF driver’s lounges/managers office/restrooms, 70,000 pallet positions, and 120 dock positions.
Award Winning Construction
This project won the Associated Builders and Contractors of Tennessee Excellence in Construction award for an industrial facility.
