Overview
The Goodfriend Tennis Center is among the best facilities in college tennis for both athletes and spectators. Joseph Construction managed the 55,432 SF expansion, meeting an aggressive schedule to allow for hosting a specific SEC conference tournament.

Interior
The facility includes six courts, meeting collegiate competition standards. Chair-backed seating was fully installed throughout the balcony viewing area, an elevator was added to connect to the ground-level outdoor courts and a new facility entrance was constructed.
Exterior
The building was constructed while school was in session. Particular care was given to scheduling activities to avoid disruption of campus traffic and to assure students’ safety.
