Project scope involved demolition of older part of the building (approximately at 75,000 SF structure) and renovation of approximately 75,000 SF on three floors.
Overview
Complete renovation of 30,000 SF of structure into Sevier County Health Department and ETSU Medical Training Facility.

Features
The top floor houses ETSU’s classrooms and dorms for medical residency and nursing program. The second floor houses Sevier County’s health department, and the lowest level holds the Veterans Administration Clinic.
